Venturing into Veganism

Plant-based, raw, organic, natural food - I had no idea where to start or what it all meant, but it was some of the best food I've ever experienced


The new, exciting, at times confusing, but always delicious journey into one of the healthiest changes I've ever made in my life.

Food was really just the beginning

A vegan diet has always fascinated me. I think the main reason is that for a really long time, I had no idea what it was all about. I didn't understand what it meant to practice veganism and had even less of an idea about how to maintain the lifestyle. It all started with a random thought that crossed my mind one day, "I've met some wildly healthy Vegans" At that point, I had never really thought much about veganism, and the idea of eliminating all animal products from my diet seemed like a daunting task. But, being someone who is always up for an experiment, I decided to give it a try and see what benefits I could gain.



Delicious Discoveries

As I embarked on this new journey, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of delicious vegan meals and snacks that were available. From mouth-watering vegan burgers to creamy vegan mac and cheese, there was no shortage of flavorful and satisfying options. I also discovered a newfound appreciation for fruits and vegetables, which I had previously overlooked as mere side dishes.


Super Man Vibes

I quickly found that the benefits of veganism extended far beyond just food. One of the most significant impacts that veganism had on my life was the improvement in my health. I noticed that I had more energy, clearer skin, and even started leaning out with minimal extra effort. My meals were packed with nutritious ingredients like leafy greens, awesome veggies, whole grains, and a whole lot of substitutes for meat - which left me feeling satisfied and full for longer.


The Squad

The most unexpected benefit of going vegan was the sense of community that came with it. I met new people who shared my values and interests through local vegan meetups, social media groups, and events. It was incredible to connect with others who were on the same journey as me and share tips, recipes, and stories.
